Fairness?

By now, its a well-known fact that many liberals would love to see a return to the 'fairness doctrine', or something similar that would effectively silence Conservative talk radio.

I would love to ask some of the supporters of the fairness doctrine if their concern for 'fairness' extends to ABC's love-fest for the Obama health plan that will air tomorrow night, where Conservative opposition groups have not even been allowed to PURCHASE airtime to refute the ridiculous claims that will surely be made.

It seems to me that a company that PURPORTS to be a NEWS network, but effectively censors opposing views during a NEWS special is a LOT less 'fair' than a Conservative talk show, of which I have never heard one claim to be anything other than an OPINION show, but yet allow opposing views to be heard quite often in the form of guests and callers.

More blatant hypocrisy from the left, I suppose...
